Guidelines for Shoreline Structures

Because it is an ACEC, state licensing of water dependent structures requires consistency with an approved resource management plan. Following a recommendation of the resource management plan, the Alliance developed permitting guidelines for docks and piers and for marsh walkways to guide local and state permitting decisions.
